ELIZABETH MCGRATH
Executive Director

Elizabeth joined Resources for Community Living as Executive Director in December of 2023.

 

Prior to that, Elizabeth served as an RCL Board Member and active Volunteer for the preceding 20 years. She has a degree in Economics from Dominican University/River Forest IL and a Masters Degree in Organization Change/Leadership from JFK University/Walnut Creek CA.

 

Her responsibilities as Executive Director include oversight of the day-to-day operations, program development and evaluation, fundraising, marketing and other related activities. 

As the new Executive Director, her commitment is “to acquaint all our local communities with Resources for Community Living's mission and services."

KAREN ASTA
Sr. Support Services Case Manager

Karen joined Resources for Community Living in August of 2000.

 

She graduated from DePaul University/Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

 

Karen’s responsibilities include Oversight and Provision of Direct Services, Staff Training, Social Skills Training and Client Intake and Assessments.

 

Karen is committed to supporting clients reach their highest potential.

SANDY DEVONA
Director of Finance

Sandra joined Resources for Community Living’s Board of Directors in July 2022.  She served as Board Treasurer from August 2022 – June 2023 at which time she left the Board to serve as Interim Executive Director.

 

Sandy became RCL’s Financial Director in December 2023.

 

Sandra graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Accountancy.  She is a certified public accountant and has responsibility for RCL’s long-term financial health.

DINA AMBROSIA
Support Services Case Manager / Office Administator

Dina joined Resources for Community Living in March 2023.

Dina graduated from Triton College/River Grove IL with an Associate’s Degree in Marketing Management. She has a background in Credit Management, Office Administration and Private Case Management.

Dina’s responsibilities include establishing and updating administrative office processes and procedures. In addition, she has Case Management responsibilities and she organizes the Clients’ outings. 

 

Dina enjoys supporting our staff, our clients and their families.
